One partner per country. The mandate is to build the Digital Taxi Meter market nationally — drivers, passengers, marketing, local operations and revenue.
Scope
You represent a country, not a city
The Partner represents the country rather than a single city, and builds the local structure needed to cover it.
However, country exclusivity is not necessarily permanent regardless of performance. It is connected to the Partner maintaining contractual obligations and agreed growth objectives.
If minimum agreed objectives are not achieved within the agreed period, the partnership may be terminated according to the agreement. This prevents an inactive Partner from permanently blocking an entire country.

What UP2TOP keeps, what the Partner owns
UP2TOP: technology
Central control of the technology, the core platform and the application.
UP2TOP: platform administration
Central administration, standards, and approval of local configurations.
Partner: market building
Driver recruitment, passenger adoption, local marketing and local operations.
Partner: local intelligence
Market study, competitor analysis, fare recommendations backed by research.
Partner: local structure
A local team plus regional and city collaborators and marketers.
Shared: growth targets
Targets are mutually agreed and written into the partnership agreement.
Earning model
How the Partner earns
Based on actual revenue generated from driver wallet top-ups in the Partner's country. Registration alone does not generate Partner commission.

These percentages are the current proposed commercial model and are subject to the final partnership agreement. No income or profit is guaranteed. Actual Partner income depends on the actual activity and revenue generated in the market.

How you earn
Your share is based on actual revenue generated from driver wallet top-ups, according to the applicable Country Partnership terms. Registration alone does not generate commission, and income is not guaranteed.

Your application is reviewed. If you are shortlisted, you may be invited to complete the next steps before a final Country Partnership decision.
