Post-termination protection
Contractual protection of the Partner's post-termination revenue share where applicable under the agreement.
Important exception
Proven intentional financial fraud or manipulation may result in immediate termination and loss of future entitlement according to the agreement.

No revenue figure shown anywhere on this website is guaranteed income. Revenue share is based on actual market activity, and the commercial model is subject to the final partnership agreement.
