Privacy Policy
How UP2TOP collects, uses and protects information on this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by UP2TOP, which is responsible (the controller) for the personal information collected through it. For any privacy question or request, contact partners@partnerchance.com.
Information we collect
Email delivery: when we send you a confirmation or reply, our email provider records delivery status for that message.
Form answers: when you complete the qualification, application or contact forms we collect what you enter — such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, city and your answers to the business questions.
Technical and visit data: a random session identifier, the pages you view, time spent on the site, the referring website or campaign (UTM) parameters, and — if you arrived through an invitation link — the opaque campaign tracking token contained in that link. The token does not contain your email address.
Why we use it
To evaluate Country Partner applications and contact shortlisted candidates.
To reply to your enquiries.
To measure which invitation links and outreach led to visits and applications.
To keep the website and our forms secure and prevent abuse.
Storage and sharing
Your information is stored securely. It is not published and it is not sold.
We store it in our own database and share it only with service providers (processors) needed to run the site: hosting, database and transactional email.
Browser storage
We use your browser's sessionStorage and localStorage only to keep your visit session and to remember which invitation link brought you to the site (for up to 30 days). We do not use them for advertising.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on providers that protect personal data appropriately.
Retention
We keep applications while they are under evaluation and for a reasonable period afterwards. After that, or earlier on request, they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its processing, by emailing partners@partnerchance.com.
We handle personal data with regard to applicable data protection laws, including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Children
This website is not intended for people under 18 years of age.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
