The opportunity
A country business, not an affiliate scheme
There is no commission for registrations. The Partner's share is based on actual driver wallet top-up revenue generated in the Partner's country, according to the agreement.
Country-level mandate
You represent Digital Taxi Meter across an entire country, not one city.
Revenue-linked share
Your share follows real economic activity in your market, not sign-up counts.
Three-month launch incentive
The Partner receives 100% of the applicable revenue share for the first three months, subject to the final agreement.
Build your own network
Appoint regional and city collaborators and marketers as the Partner system becomes available.
Local market authority
Study the local market and submit fare, marketing and expansion recommendations backed by research.
Clear accountability
Mutually agreed growth targets, periodic reporting and transparent performance review.
Business model
How the Country Partner earns
Calculated on actual revenue generated from driver wallet top-ups in the Partner's country. Registration alone does not generate Partner commission.
| Period | Partner | UP2TOP | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| First 3 months | 100% | 0% | Launch incentive period — no UP2TOP share collected |
| Month 4 | 75% | 25% | Ramp-up |
| Month 5 | 60% | 40% | Ramp-up |
| Month 6 onward | 50% | 50% | Steady-state partnership |
These percentages are the current proposed commercial model and are subject to the final partnership agreement. No income or profit is guaranteed. Actual Partner income depends on the actual activity and revenue generated in the market.
Product proof
See Digital Taxi Meter in action
DTM is a working digital taxi-meter application developed and operated by UP2TOP. It is currently operating in Egypt and is being prepared for expansion into selected new country markets through Country Partners.

Digital Taxi Meter is not a taxi-booking app
DTM does not send a car to you and does not dispatch vehicles. You get the car first, through the normal local market — then DTM helps organize, calculate and document the trip.
The product in one line
Get a car → start DTM → the actual trip is measured → pay the driver
Digital Taxi Meter organizes the relationship between the passenger and the driver. It is not a ride-hailing marketplace, and there is no messaging or calling between drivers and passengers inside the application.
- 01
Get a car
The passenger gets a car the normal way — in the street, at a rank, or wherever drivers operate locally.
- 02
Start the trip
The passenger starts the trip by scanning the driver's QR code, or using the approved direct-start method. Driver, vehicle and start time are recorded.
- 03
Share with a trusted contact
The passenger can send driver, vehicle and trip start details to a parent, a family member or any trusted person.
- 04
The actual distance is measured
The fare is based on the journey actually made — not a route the app assumes — plus additional time according to the applicable local tariff.
- 05
End and pay
The trip is ended, the final fare is displayed, and the passenger pays the driver using the payment method appropriate for the local market.
Why now
Street-hail transport is still largely undigitized
In many markets the majority of taxi and private-car trips are still arranged directly between a passenger and a driver, with the fare agreed verbally or measured by an ageing physical meter.
Digital Taxi Meter digitizes exactly that trip: it records who drove, which vehicle was used, how far the journey actually went and what the fare is — without changing how the passenger finds the car.
UP2TOP is opening selected new country markets through Country Partners. One partner per country, appointed after evaluation.
Brand architecture

Who this is for
The profile we are looking for
An individual or a company. A capable individual with strong local connections and resources may be more suitable than a large company with no relevant expertise.
- Strong knowledge of the local transportation market, or strong marketing/business experience
- Ability to execute a growth strategy
- A useful local network
- Ability to recruit drivers and attract passengers
- Ability to invest appropriate resources into local marketing and expansion
- Ability to build and manage a local team
- Ability to comply with reporting and financial requirements
- A realistic vision for DTM growth in the country
Who this is not for
This partnership is probably not a fit if
- You are looking for guaranteed income or a passive investment
- You expect UP2TOP to fund and run local marketing and operations for you
- You cannot dedicate consistent time, a team or working resources to the market
- You want a short-term reseller or referral commission arrangement
- You are not able to work with agreed targets, reporting and a formal agreement
Partner responsibilities
What the Country Partner is responsible for
Responsibilities are defined in detail in the final partnership agreement. At a high level, the Partner owns the market.
- Recruiting and onboarding drivers, and supporting them locally
- Growing passenger awareness and actual usage of Digital Taxi Meter
- Local marketing, communication and market education
- Studying the local market and proposing fare and expansion recommendations
- Building and managing a local team or network of collaborators
- Periodic reporting against mutually agreed growth targets
- Operating in line with applicable local laws and the partnership agreement
Application steps
How the selection process works

Full application (8–12 minutes)
Your market understanding, driver and passenger plan, launch cities and first 90 days.
- 03
Manual review
Each application is reviewed by the Country Partner Program team, normally within 5–10 business days.
- 04
Introductory discussion
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a discussion and may be asked for additional information.
- 05
Shortlist and agreement
Selected candidates move to due diligence and, if approved, a formal partnership agreement.
