Commercial model
Partner revenue model
The Partner's share is calculated on actual revenue generated from driver wallet top-ups in the Partner's country. Registration alone does not generate Partner commission.
The schedule
Current proposed revenue share
| Period | Partner | UP2TOP | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| First 3 months | 100% | 0% | Launch incentive period — no UP2TOP share collected |
| Month 4 | 75% | 25% | Ramp-up |
| Month 5 | 60% | 40% | Ramp-up |
| Month 6 onward | 50% | 50% | Steady-state partnership |
These percentages are the current proposed commercial model and are subject to the final partnership agreement. No income or profit is guaranteed. Actual Partner income depends on the actual activity and revenue generated in the market.
Worked example
How a settlement works
If drivers in a Partner's country generate $10,000 in wallet top-ups during a period where the Partner share is 50%, the Partner share is $5,000 and the UP2TOP share is $5,000.
The Partner transfers UP2TOP's share through the agreed external payment method and uploads the transfer proof and details through the Partner system.
An administrator reviews and confirms the payment and applies it against the outstanding amount.
This example illustrates the calculation only. It is not a projection, a target or an indication of expected revenue.
Launch incentive
The first three months
The first three months are a launch incentive. The Partner receives 100% of the applicable revenue share during this period, with no UP2TOP share collected, subject to the final agreement.
The purpose is to give the Partner time to build the market and invest in growth — not to promise a payment. It is not a guaranteed amount of any kind.
